Porter

A robust style porter. Bitter sweet dark ale with a formulation which for 3 decades has won several gold and silver medals. Hops - Northern Brewer and Centennial.

Holidaze on Spice
7.5% ABV - 16 IBU
A Wassail-style winter ale with Honey Malt, Ginger, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Black Pepper and Cloves.

Snowblind Winter Warmer
8.3% ABV 54 IBU
Old-style English warmer spiced only with East Kent Golding hops.

Butternut Squash Beer
6% ABV 11 IBU
This autumn seasonal has pounds of butternut squash that were boiled in the brew kettle with organic spices added at the end of the boil.

Oktoberfest

Vienna and Munich Malt creates the rich malt flavor Oktoberfest Lagers were known for.

Smokin' Scotch

A peated scotch ale full of specialty malts and aged on French oak spirals soaked in single malt scotch. Hops - Summit and Cascade Some of the batch is also served on Nitro.

Wet Hop Harvest IPA

Local hops picked by the grower and then used within hours contributes to the character associated with Wet Hop Harvest Ales.

Blueberry Wheat
4.8% ABV, 7 IBU
A lighter version of our regular Wheat with a Blueberry flavor.

Session IPA
5.4% ABV 52 IBU
All the hop flavor of an IPA with less alcohol. Brewed with experimental hops from a hop company anxious for feedback. The results are a mix of fruit and floral flavor and aromas with the appearance of a hazy IPA.

Spring Cleaning Ale
10% ABV 100 IBU
Our Spring Cleaning Ale is brewed to make use of open bags of malt and hops. Then it's aged on French oak spirals soaked in Bourbon.

Blood Orange Wheat
4.8% ABV 7 IBU
A lighter version of our regular Wheat with a Blood Orange flavor.

Honey Amber
5.1% ABV 30 IBU
Balanced Amber Ale with British Columbia honey malt. Hops - Saint Aurora and Tettnang.

Brown Porter

Dark ale accenting on the chocolate malt and lower hop character than our Robust style porter.

Double Red

One of our brewmaster's signature recipes from his time spent at Great Lakes. Highly hopped imperial red ale rich with flavor, yet remarkably balanced.

Strawberry Blonde

Our German Kolsch style with natural strawberry extract. Cold-aged and made with pale malt and a little wheat. Hops - Glacier.

Peanut Butter Porter
6% ABV 22 IBU
A brown porter made to compliment the peanut butter flavor. Hops - Northern Brewer.

Double IPA
9% ABV 100 IBU
9.0 ABV needs 100 IBUs to help the hops stand out yet in a balanced way. Hops - Pekko, Bravo, Sorachi Ace, CTZ and Chinook. Dry Hopped with Belma and Summit.
Hibbing Brewing History
So Close... Yet So Far.
According to “Land of Amber Waters” author Doug Hoverson, Hibbing almost had a brewery in the early 1900s. In a 1905 issue of “Brewers’ Journal” Ely’s P.R. Vail announced that he would build a brewery in Hibbing. For whatever reason, that decision was reversed and Vail built a brewery in Virginia, instead. Hibbing would have to wait another 100+ years to get its own brewery.
